The new model is compatible with the old one. If it is mounted on an "old" dosing bottom, make sure that the stroke counter pin is completely inserted in the hole in the dosing bottom. To make sure that the pin is fully inserted, lightly tap with a hammer using a pointed tool (or a nail) on the steel pin once it is inserted in the hole (absolutely do not hit on the plastic part that can easily break). No need to make any changes to the current stroke counter.
