Water and coffee powder are infused for a time depending on the outcome desired for a softer and delicate cup, infuse for a few seconds, but if you want a stronger tastewith a hint of bitter, just extend the infusion time. After the infusion time, apply a delicate pressure with the RAM: at this point the pressure extracts from water aromatic characteristics normally not found when using a traditional coffee filter.
